What we store

Each user's name, email and hashed password; the business's settings; the posts, images and videos the business uploads or approves; and performance data for its own posts (views, comments, inquiries).

Connected accounts

When a business connects a network (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp), an access token is stored so Socialo can publish on its behalf and read its own posts' performance. For YouTube, Socialo requests permission only to upload videos to the channel (youtube.upload) and to read basic channel details (youtube.readonly). Socialo does not read private messages, does not delete content, and never publishes without the business owner's approval.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide the service to that business. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers and not used for advertising. Socialo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage

Data is kept on secured servers of the cloud provider Railway. Access tokens stay on the server and are never shown in the interface.

Disconnecting and deletion

Any network can be disconnected at any time from the settings page, or from the network's own account security settings (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions). To delete an account and its data, write to sales@geniefitness.co.il.
